SUSAN MCCALL, CCIM IS THE OWNER AND DESIGNATED BROKER OF COMMERCIAL PROPERTY CONNECT, LLC IN MESA ARIZONA. SHE HAS BEEN A COMMERCIAL BROKER SINCE 2002; HONING HER SKILLS AND MARKET KNOWLEDGE IN THE VARIOUS DISCIPLINES OF THE COMMERCIAL REAL ESTATE MARKET. As a Commercial Real Estate generalist she has mastered traditional arenas such as Retail, Industrial, Multi-family, Office and Commercial Land as well as specialty properties like Religious Institutions and even an Arizona Winery. The most prestigious designation in Commercial Real Estate is CCIM, which Susan earned in 2011. She started at RE/MAX Alliance group as a residential agent in 2003 and earned the distinction of being ‘Rookie of the Year”, soon discovering her true passion was in commercial real estate. To best serve her clients, Susan completed all the designations offered by the Commercial Real Estate Institute and started working exclusively in the Commercial arena. In 2007, she joined NAI Horizon as a focused health care specialist. After 2 years at NAI Horizon in the same discipline, Susan moved to US Preferred Realty to become the Commercial Division Director. Susan was able to broaden her focus across various disciplines during this time. Susan also formed her commercial team “Commercial Property Connect” during this period. After 4 years she and her team returned to RE/MAX Commercial within RE/MAX Alliance Group and Susan was named their Commercial Director. Susan became the #1 Commercial Broker in the RE/MAX Southwest Region 2 years in a row.

In 2017 Susan decided it was time to open her own firm COMMERCIAL PROPERTY CONNECT, LLC; and her team accompanied her. Hands down the one thing that Susan does different, and is the secret to her success is her proprietary process known as an “Intentional Search”. This is an algorithm that allows Susan to identify the details needed to do a better job finding the perfect solution for her client.

Samantha Borelli

Samantha worked in commercial banking for 25 years before making this transition into commercial real estate.  Her relentless commitment to customer experience is what she puts to work every day at Commercial Property Connect. Her former career in finance exposed her to many different operating business industries as well as real estate investment projects which is valuable knowledge for her work in real estate.

Samantha’s passion for animals also led her to become a pet nutritionist and owned her own pet food franchise at one time.  When she is not helping the Broker, Agent’s and customers she is with her own dogs, “Hank” & “Olive” enjoying the Arizona desert.
