If you want to sell a product you will typically do that in a RETAIL store. Your local coffee shop, a dry cleaner, gyms and hardware stores fit into this category. This category includes single tenant retail buildings, small neighborhood shopping centers, larger centers with grocery store anchor tenants, “power centers” with large anchor stores such as Best Buy, PetSmart, OfficeMax, pad sites on highway frontages and so on; even regional and outlet malls are considered retail. 

A specific example within retail is a restaurant.  A restaurant will have specific needs to operate their commercial kitchen.  Consideration for a commercial hood, grease trap, grill with fire suppression system or walk in cooler should be top of mind.  A location with these “must haves” already in place (perhaps from a previous user) can save time and money.
